• Wallet address when you connect a wallet (verification-only to prove $MOVIE token holdings).

• Submission info you provide (e.g., film ideas, scripts, pitch materials, links).

• Contact info (e.g., name, email).

We do not collect sensitive categories of data (e.g., health, biometric, precise geolocation).

Wallet note: When you connect a wallet, we may check on-chain, publicly available data tied to your wallet address to confirm holdings. We do not initiate transactions.

2) How we use information

We use your information to:

• Verify eligibility (confirm $MOVIE holdings for submission access).

• Operate and improve the Site and its features.

• Review and manage submissions (including internal review by Sequel staff and advisors).

• Communicate with you (updates, submission status, service notices).

• Protect the service (fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance).

3) What we don’t do

• We don’t use wallet connect for any transactions.

• We don’t sell your personal information.

• We don’t “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined by the CPRA).
